Returns and Refund Policy
(1) Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to contact you during delivery, a second delivery will be scheduled. An additional delivery fee will be charged in such cases.
(2) Product Inspection
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the product type, design, color, and size before accepting it. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring accuracy at the time of delivery.
(3) Refund Requests
If a refund is requested due to any reason, Ikon's responsible person will perform a quality check (QC). If the item is found to be damaged, altered, or used, we will not proceed with the refund process.
(4) Promotion Items
Refunds are not applicable for promotion items.
(5) Warranty Products
Warranty products will be serviced in accordance with the applicable warranty agreement. For details regarding equipment, including installation and after-sales support, please refer to the following documents:
